Dear Marjorie

Received your parcel and letter which as usual was very acceptable but darling I think you misunderstand my meaning regarding the tobacco. I did not mean the tobacco which you sent me was cheap and nasty, but the tobacco which I suggested you should send me (Sweet Rosemary), the tobacco you sent was very good as I stated in my previous letter and I know it is not cheap. I hope I have made this clear as apparently I did not in my letter. Well darling we are busy making knew gun positions, this is very hard work for days now. I have been carrying sand bags and I can assure you that is very tiring. Well darling I have not time to write any more so perhaps you will tell my Ma & Pa that I am O.K. also darling I do not suppose I shall be able to write to you until next week.
